The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in software development, strong coding in Python/Java/C++, and a track record designing scalable software with excellent communication skills. Kubernetes, Kafka, and ML exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Designing scalable software systems experience.
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication.
• Cloud provider experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with Cassandra, Mesos, Spark, or similar.
• Cloud-native stack: containers, Kubernetes, service mesh.
• Stream processing with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.
• Frontend frameworks: Vue, React, or Angular.
• Experience in ML domains like NLP or computer vision.
• Good understanding of Linux kernel, drivers, networks.
• Collaborating with teams, leading projects, influencing decisions.
• Git version control experience.
