Job summary

Taural India in Spearfish, SD seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee daily operations of cold box core shooter machines, ensure production targets and quality, and lead a team of operators.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, train staff on safety, and collaborate with pattern shop, HPML and quality teams to reduce defects while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in foundry operations, preferably cold box core shop.
• Strong knowledge of core-making processes and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues.
• Leadership, communication and safety-minded approach essential.
