Qualifications

• Five+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Core/Senior Network Engineer who can independently troubleshoot real-time network issues while also contributing to automation, security, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Strong experience with routing, switching, enterprise wireless, network security, and Python/Ansible automation is critical. The candidate should be comfortable working in a multi-vendor environment and collaborating with desktop, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and workplace technology teams.

An interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve network operations and automation is highly desirable.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Core/Senior Network Engineer to join the infrastructure team and support a large enterprise office environment.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across a complex multi-vendor environment, while also driving network automation initiatives and supporting broader cybersecurity efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise networking expertise, hands‑on automation experience, and a collaborative approach. The engineer will work closely with desktop support, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and workplace technology teams to maintain a reliable, secure, and high-performing network environment.

This position requires onsite presence four days per week and involves direct support of office-based technology operations.

Required

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.


• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, network protocols, and enterprise network architectures.


• Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise firewalls and network security technologies.


• Hands‑on experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.


• Experience working in multi‑vendor networking environments.


• Strong understanding of enterprise wireless and Wi‑Fi technologies.


• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, connectivity, and performance issues.


• Experience supporting corporate office environments and end‑user technology services.


• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.


• Ability and willingness to work onsite four days per week.
