The role emphasizes being a passionate Pandora brand ambassador, building loyalty, and maintaining on-brand store operations. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with part-time hours (20+ per week) and potential for peak-period shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• 18 years or older with proof of identity and right to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks may require up to 30 hours.
