Snap Inc. seeks a Core Product Designer to shape the future of Snapchat and related experiences.

You will conceive innovative features, prototype interactions, and communicate design concepts to the CEO and cross-functional partners, driving end-to-end product design from concept to delivery. In this fast-paced role, you’ll define short- and long-term roadmaps, translate user needs into simple, delightful experiences, and contribute to product strategy.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3+ years designing and shipping mobile applications.
  • 3+ years using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator.
  • Portfolio showcasing your work and strong mobile design skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled tools and workflows for both design and development.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive of innovative features and pitch concepts to the CEO.
  • Drive end-to-end product design including prototyping and visual design.
  • Define the short- and long-term roadmap for your product area(s).
  • Communicate design decisions to leadership, product and design peers, and engineers.
  • Identify the needs of Snapchatters, give high-level strategic input, and improve existing products and features.
