Hours :

  • 4x10's
  • 9:00 pm - 7:30 am
  • Rotating weekends and holidays

Our brand new Clinical Laboratory features daylight access and an open concept workspace.

Note: Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position; this role does NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

About the role

The Medical Lab Scientist supports patient care by performing laboratory tests used in diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention, including waived, moderate, and high complexity testing.

  • Experience with all levels of testing in a clinical lab setting, obtained through education or work experience, is required.
What you'll do
  • Perform all laboratory testing, including pre-examination processes, following SOPs and accreditation standards to support patient care.
  • Conduct and document quality control procedures, evaluate results, and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and quality.
Here's what you'll need

Required :

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in a Medical Laboratory Science Program
  • Specific Degrees: Medical Technology, Medical Technician, Medical Laboratory Science

Licensure / Certifications

Preferred :

  • Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or equivalent
  • Other: Laboratory certification (ASCP or HEW)

Pay Range : $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and peer comparison.
