Loyola Medicine, MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL, seeks a Medical Lab Scientist for the Core Lab on a part-time, evening shift (2:30pm–10:30pm). The role supports patient care by performing waived, moderate, and high complexity testing.
Responsibilities include conducting tests per SOPs with quality control documentation and corrective actions to ensure accuracy and reliability in patient testing. A BS/AS MLS-related degree and certification are required.

In this role, the Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care by performing laboratory testing that is utilized in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. This includes waived, moderate and high complexity testing. *

Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
