Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a Core Faculty member to support the Family Medicine Residency Program with excellence in clinical care, resident education, mentorship, and program administration.

You will supervise and teach in ambulatory and procedural settings, provide timely feedback, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in scholarly activity while maintaining an active clinical practice.

Competenze

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM).
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida Medical License.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience required.
• Prenatal experience preferred.

The Core Faculty member supports the educational mission of the Family Medicine Residency Program in Jacksonville, Florida (Cannaday Primary Care Center) through excellence in clinical care, resident education, mentorship, curriculum development, scholarship, and program administration. Working collaboratively with residency leadership, core faculty promote high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements and fostering a culture of professionalism, wellness, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and clinical teaching in ambulatory and procedural settings.
• Teach and assess residents using competency-based education and provide timely, constructive feedback.
