Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, MN is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial department. The outpatient practice emphasizes comprehensive patient care with access to Mayo Clinic specialists.

The position offers a robust benefits package and a 4.5-day work week with an 1:25+ adult call, with optional Pediatric Hospitalist work, OB deliveries and prenatal care. Collaboration with Mayo Clinic Rochester supports ongoing professional growth.

Compensation DetailThe minimum starting salary for primary care specialties may range from $231,000 to $319,117. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
