What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
  2. Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
  3. Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
  4. Champion and role model Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally
  5. Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to engage potential customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  2. Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts with $100k+ ARR transactions
  3. Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-level relationships
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  5. Willingness and comfort with monthly travel to meet customers
