Job summary

Teamtemps Personnel Staffing, Inc. seeks a Core Cutter in Valdosta, GA. You will operate and monitor plastic reprocessing equipment, sort materials, feed machines, and maintain quality while meeting production targets.

The role requires safety-conscious teamwork, reliability on the 3rd shift (12a-8a), and physical endurance to stand and lift as needed. Prior experience with grinders/shredders/pelletizers is preferred.

Job Position: Core Cutter | Location: Valdosta, GA 31601 | Pay Rate: $15.00/hr | Shift: 3rd - No rotation 12a-8a

Description:

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment used for reprocessing plastic materials.
• Sort and prepare plastic waste or scrap for regrinding or pelletizing processes.
• Feed plastic materials into machinery and ensure consistent operation during production.
• Inspect and identify defects or impurities in plastic materials and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs of materials processed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
