Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care within the scope of an RN.

• Educate patients about medications and side effects.
• Coordinate staffing assignments based on patient acuity and unit needs.
• Maintain bed management and smooth patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
