• Lead and support day-to-day delivery of Core CAMHS, ensuring timely, safe and evidence-based care.
• Provide visible, supportive leadership and identify clinical and operational pressures and gaps.
• Manage referrals and requests for intervention; undertake assessment, formulation and interventions within professional competence.
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation and advice to clinicians; promote multidisciplinary and multi-agency working.
