The role
As a Staff Product Manager for Core Banking, you will play a pivotal role in defining the foundation of Galileo’s banking capabilities, helping shape the next generation of our platform. This is a high-impact, strategic role that demands a strong product mindset, technical acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for evolving our core banking modules—such as Lending, Deposits, Checking, and Regionalization—into configurable, scalable, and compliant services that meet the needs of our diverse client base.
To be successful, you’ll need to bridge the technical and business worlds, engaging with matrixed teams including design, engineering, sales, operations, finance, legal, risk, compliance, customers, and other product managers. You'll define and prioritize features, and drive internal stakeholder and external client and partner engagements necessary for the on-time launch and adoption of each product on the platform.
You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership to define the product roadmap, prioritize delivery, and solve complex technical and business challenges. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving both greenfield development and modernization efforts, with an eye toward performance, reliability, extensibility, and compliance.
