Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations within Windows Server environments.
• 3+ years supporting core banking systems, preferably T24.
• Expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure operations and system testing.
• Manage incident response and operational flow design.
• Work collaboratively with infrastructure, application, and business teams.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English

Experience designing and managing operational flows

Familiarity with operational processes
