Job summary

DFW Credit Union is seeking a Core Banking Conversion Project Manager to lead a critical XP2 to Corelation Keystone migration from the credit union side. You will work with leadership, technology, and vendors to keep plans on track through go-live and stabilization.

Ideal candidates have banking/credit union core conversion experience, XP2 and Corelation Keystone familiarity, and strong project planning, communication, and data validation skills. This hybrid role offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous bank or credit union experience is required.
• Credit union experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing or playing a significant role in a financial institution core conversion.
• Fiserv XP2 experience is strongly preferred.
• Corelation Keystone experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and core system dependencies.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with testing, implementation, UAT, and data validation.
• PMP certification is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the XP2 to Corelation Keystone conversion from the credit union side.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate between Corelation, third party vendors, technology staff, and internal departments.
• Gather requirements and ensure departmental readiness.
• Lead data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop testing strategy and coordinate UAT.
• Plan and execute mock conversions.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies; ensure vendor accountability.
• Document conversion status and communicate progress.
• Lead training and organizational readiness activities; plan cutover.

Have you helped a bank or credit union through a core conversion?

A well established DFW credit union is preparing to transition from Fiserv XP2 to Corelation Keystone and is looking for an experienced Core Banking Conversion Project Manager to help lead the initiative from the credit union side.

This is not a traditional corporate Project Manager role.

We are looking for someone who understands financial institutions, core technology, operational dependencies, vendors, testing, data, and the complexity involved in moving an entire organization from one core platform to another.

Bank or credit union experience is required. Credit union experience is strongly preferred.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a central point of coordination between internal leadership, technology, business departments, Corelation, and third party vendors throughout the conversion.

You will help keep timelines, deliverables, testing, integrations, training, and readiness on track from planning through go live and stabilization.

What You’ll Lead

• Overall planning and coordination of the XP2 to Corelation Keystone conversion

• We are much more interested in real financial institution conversion experience than a specific certification.
