Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Hebron, KY to perform cord blood or tissue processing and testing, including ABO, Hematology, and Flow Cytometry. Responsibilities include maintaining records, equipment, and contributing improvement ideas while adhering to cGMP, cGTP, and AABB guidelines.

The position features a 4x10 schedule (six 30am–5pm days) with one weekend day and a supportive team in a regulated lab environment.

Qualifications

• Aseptic technique and basic scientific understanding of human cells are required.
• Willingness to learn cGMP, cGTP and AABB guidelines.
• Ability to work in clean room environments and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Train on cord blood and tissue processing.
• Use aseptic technique in daily work.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Handle blood products and LN2 freezers and storage tanks.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
