In this role, you will craft compelling and innovative copy across various platforms, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency. You will be pivotal in developing creative concepts that elevate our brands in a competitive market.

What You Will Do:

• Leverage project briefs and research insights to develop exceptional concepts for a wide range of advertising, including branding, TV, social, digital, print, OOH, and more.
• Write copy from concept to end product with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Collaborates with the design team to create a consistent visual and verbal landscape.
• Establishes strong relationships across departments and an understanding of client needs, the customer experience, and marketing strategy.
• Utilizes our branding specifications and marketing copy style guide on all work.
• Successfully communicate creative ideas by confidently presenting them to leadership and articulating and rationalizing creative decisions with strategic insights.
• Receptive to creative feedback and adaptability in the creative development process; take direction from senior creatives and leadership

You Need to Have:

  • Solid understanding of the principles of promotional communications, graphic art presentation, and direct response marketing.

  • Ability to leverage project briefs from business teams to develop original copy that helps meet business objectives.

  • Ability to leverage research and insights to successfully reinforce campaign strategy.

  • Strong B2B experience to help us communicate with a range of audiences.

  • Creative, critical thinker with a flexible mind who is energized by change and challenge.

  • Ability to attend and actively participate in creative meetings to determine creative objectives of each project.

  • Ability to perform independent research and analysis.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving situations and assignments.

  • Must be excellent with receiving feedback and making revisions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience writing promotional/advertising copy.

  • Agency or in-house studio experience preferred.

  • Experience with legal terminology and legal information sources a plus.

Special Requirements:

  • Candidates may be required to pass a test for this position.

  • Portfolio required.
