Hart is a leading independent brand transformation agency in the DC area seeking a copywriter to contribute immediately. This hybrid role requires in-person work at our offices with optional Monday and Friday remote work.

You will craft copy across broadcast, digital, social, print, and brand projects. You will collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to develop integrated concepts, write across voices and formats, and maintain sharp editorial standards while translating strategy into

This position is a hybrid role and must be within driving distance of our Toledo, Detroit or Columbus offices and open to working in-person Tuesday-Thursday weekly (optional work from home on Monday and Friday).

Copywriters work both collaboratively and independently to develop concepts and copy across projects, campaigns, channels, and formats. Backed bya strong foundationin language, theypossessa sharp editorial sensibility, with the understanding that great writing is always in service of a strong idea. Copywriters have the confidence and curiosity to bring thinking to the table, and the talent to bring that thinking to life through words. They are building their conceptual range, deepeningtheirbrandvoice fluency, and growing toward greater creative independence.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 2-5 yearsofexperience
• Be able to work hybrid in one of our office locations
• Have cocktailor liquorexpertise, either intheirportfolio or personal life
• Be fluent in social media work

• Present work to internal teams with growing confidence and a clear point of view.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and use it to strengthen the work.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines whilemaintainingstrong attention to craft and detail.
