Project Description:

As a Copywriter, you will use your talent and imaginative skills to produce high volume, ground-breaking, industry-shaping, and culture-shifting ideas. These ideas should present as buyable and appropriate for the client's needs, while still pushing the creative envelope.

Responsibilities:

• Idea Development: Generate a lot of ideas in a short amount of time, refining and self-editing your work along the way

• Writing Proficiency: Be proficient in multiple styles of writing and tones

• Thesis Explanation:Clearly and concisely explain the thesis of your ideas

• Production Contribution:Contribute to all facets of production

• Attention to Detail: Possess a strong attention to detail; edit copy to ensure brand voice and business objectives are effectively executed across all messaging

• Collaboration and Creativity:Be collaborative, passionate, and creative, supporting diversity and inclusion efforts

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of agency or equivalent industry experience in in digital, social, film and print media
• Portfolio demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions that are extraordinary and memorable
• Excellent presentation skills/public speaking
• Natural storytelling skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree inarelated field, or equivalent training and/or experience
• Experience working in or with an advertising agency
• Advanced knowledge of key business tools: Google Slides, Microsoft software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong time-management and organizational skills
• Strong client-service orientation
• Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
• Adept at using creative instincts and client intuition, to deliver the agency/creative POV
• Flexibility to travel when needed
