We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Remote Copy Typist / Transcriptionist – Data Entry to assist with typing, transcribing, and formatting text from various sources. This role involves straightforward, repetitive tasks that require strong typing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Type handwritten, scanned, or printed text into Word or Google Docs

Transcribe audio or video recordings into clear, formatted written documents

Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, forms, or templates

Proofread typed content for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy

Organize and label digital files properly (e.g., by date, client, or category)

Convert typed documents into PDF or other file formats as needed

Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information handled

Requirements:

Good typing speed (recommended: 50+ WPM)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or equivalent word processing tools

Basic knowledge of email and cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
