EVERSANA INTOUCH®, a global life sciences marketing network, seeks a Copy Supervisor to lead the copy team. You will drive high-quality, compliant content across digital channels and ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.

You will mentor writers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and craft strategic, storytelling-driven copy for pharma campaigns that engage patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
• 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing/advertising or related field.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience preferred.
• High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc.).
• A portfolio featuring conceptual work and digital executions across channels.
• Know-how for writing in a digital landscape—from strategy to banners, sites, SEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the copywriting team to deliver high-quality content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Write compelling, compliant content for pharma marketing across digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with internal/external accounts and creative teams on complex pharma projects.

WHAT DOES A COPY SUPERVISOR DO?

We areseekinga talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Copy Supervisor, you will oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
