You Should Have :

• Excellent written English with strong proofreading skills for flawless grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
• Experience or education as a marketing copywriter, advertising copywriter, or in a similar professional position (preferred).
• Bonus points for prior experience in management and mentorship roles (preferred).
• An affinity for leadership and an understanding of proper delegation.
• A general understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Tumblr, LinkedIn, etc.
• An interest in learning how to write for the web and SEO practices.
• The ability to use a variety of SEO tools to identify the best pages to optimize.
• The ability to write and adhere to strict content production guidelines.
• The motivation to work both as a team player and independently with minimal supervision.
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
• A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, and webcam. Reliable internet access and power are required.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

Your Duties and Tasks :

• Leading a team of SEO copywriters, providing direction, feedback, and support for their success.
• Managing copy production for eCommerce and lead generation websites across multiple client accounts.
• Acting as the supervising copy editor, ensuring content quality and brand voice consistency.
• Conducting keyword research for website pages.
• Learning to pair products and services with relevant search terms (training provided).
• Coordinating web content for ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborating on social media content, email marketing copy, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Supervising SEO content campaigns from kickoff to publication.

California, New York, Washington, and Colorado: starting base pay ranges between $15 - $35 per hour. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, skills test performance, location, and seniority. Outside these states, compensation may differ from the specified ranges.
