Job summary

Oakmont of Novato is seeking a Server to provide compassionate dining service to residents, turning meals into warm, welcoming experiences. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, set and reset tables with care, and uphold dining etiquette while ensuring a safe, clean environment.

This role offers full- or part-time hours, competitive hourly pay, meal benefits, and opportunities to grow within a premier senior living community.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A genuine desire to work with seniors and make a difference in their day.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening (including TB test).
• Compliance with vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.

Your Role & Impact
