Position: Support Staff / Instructional Assistant

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and tutor students with special needs.
  2. Provide small group or one-on-one instruction to students in need.
  3. Respect the individual's right to privacy.
  4. Participate in staff development programs.
  5. Perform other duties assigned by the building principal.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
  • Possession of a teacher's license is preferred.

Reports To: Building Principal

FLSA Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt

Compensation: Based on Classified Pay Model

Work Calendar: 180 Days

Standard Hours: 6.5 Hours/Day

District: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District
