A leading organization dedicated to providing support services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing recruitment processes across various roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting and sourcing candidates effectively while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work remotely within Oregon.

WHAT WE OFFER:
What You Get To Do:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume requisition load, building candidates, hiring manager relationships, and ensuring stellar service for candidates. TA Specialists perform a variety of functional tasks, with a commitment to operations; pivoting to where the immediate hiring need lies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on hiring for all DSP level, Ancillary (Non-DSP) level roles within their assigned caseload. There are instances where a Talent Acquisition Specialist may also hire for Program Manager and Program Director roles. As a Dungarvin, Inc. TA Specialist, additional hiring needs may be added to caseloads for other regions dependent upon need as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager. Our preferred hire should have experience interviewing and attracting candidates ideally through using various sources, like resume databases, hiring events, and employee referrals.
