Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake systems.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to identify problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections per Mercedes-Benz standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technical information and participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors regarding repairs, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all work, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Ensure all work meets Mercedes-Benz quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow dealership policies on safety, security, and customer service.

Note: Sign-on bonuses may be available depending on dealership policy and candidate qualifications.

Compensation: $22 - $44 hourly wage
