Job summary

CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm in Atlanta seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst / Power BI Specialist to support our finance and operations team. You will develop dashboards and perform data modeling to visualize financial and operational metrics.

The role involves advanced Excel analysis, SQL querying, data integration from multiple sources, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, BI, Data Analytics, or related field
• Proven Power BI dashboard development experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Coding skills (Python, VBA, R) are a plus

As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst / Power BI Specialist to support our finance and operations team. This role will assist with dashboard development, financial reporting, and data modeling, while also taking on operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize financial and operational data

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience with Power BI dashboard development
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases are a plus.
• Experience with database management and data analysis
• Coding skills (Python, SQL, VBA, R, or similar analytical/programming languages) are a plus.
• Ability to perform mathematical and quantitative analysis with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
