Job summary

Dialectic, Inc. is seeking highly motivated Engineering Interns for our 2025 summer program on the Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing teams. You will work with our engineering staff on real-world projects that have meaningful impact.

This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship from seasoned professionals, exposure to cutting-edge tools, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong academic record with a focus on engineering coursework.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test engineering solutions.
  • Assist in conducting research, analysis, and data collection for various projects.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of engineering experiments.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Support the engineering team in various tasks and projects as needed.

We are seeking highly motivated Engineering Interns to join our team for our 2025 summer internship opportunity! As an engineering intern on either our Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing team, you will work closely with our engineering team and contribute to real-world projects that have a meaningful impact.
