Job description

Full-time CDL Truck Driver Position

Rainier Wood Recyclers, a division of Girard Resources & Recycling, LLC, is seeking full-time Class A CDL truck drivers at our Lacey and Covington locations. This position offers year-round employment with 40-60 hours per week. All applicants must pass a test drive and a DOT pre-employment drug test.

We pay key to key! There is zero non-productive time!

New Hire Bonus: $4,000 paid after 90 days of incident-free employment, distributed in three increments at 4, 5, and 6 months.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operate safely and efficiently a variety of trucks, including transfer trailers, side dumps, and truck & trailers.
2. Perform pre-trip inspections and complete logs before operating the vehicle.

Required Skills:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as tarping loads and climbing in and on trucks.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and reliable to meet performance standards.

Minimum Requirements: 3 years CDL driving experience with a clean driving record.
