Job Description

The role involves promoting and supporting Allergan Aesthetic leadership by providing consultative support to key customers, both externally and internally. The APC role is highly visible and involves working with sales management to promote products and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing consultative services to improve access and presence of our products within target accounts, including practice management topics.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop strategic selling plans.
  • Oversee key account initiatives as a project manager.
  • Communicate activity within target accounts to sales and management teams.
  • Develop and execute practice enhancement programs based on account needs.
  • Set clear pre-call objectives, ensure timely communication, and follow-up with customers.
  • Lead the account selling process and provide long-term competitive advantages.
  • Monitor key account performance and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Conduct business management training and participate in development programs.
  • Speak at conferences and society meetings to share expertise.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the aesthetic healthcare environment, including practice management and marketing.
  • Financial analysis skills and understanding of business decisions.
  • Proven skills in financial and budget management, business planning, and negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
  • Record of achieving sales and marketing goals with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and lead innovative strategies.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75%, including overnight and weekend travel.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
