HES Facilities is hiring for a Full-Time General Cleaner on 1st and 2nd shifts in Indiana. This role handles daily cleaning, restrooms, floors, and common areas to maintain a safe, welcoming educational environment.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, and reporting maintenance needs. The position requires reliability, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and teamwork with other staff members.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean restrooms and locker rooms.
• Handle trash removal and recycling; maintain clean floors and surfaces.
• Wash windows and surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas.
• Collaborate with custodial supervisor and other staff to meet daily cleanliness goals.

General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas.
