We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide companionship and support to our clients in a variety of settings, including their homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance, and will possess the skills necessary to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support by engaging clients in conversation, activities, and hobbies.
• Accompany individual to an appointment by facility transport.
• Coordinate and communicate with family members, healthcare professionals, and other caregivers regarding the care plan and client’s needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in caregiving and client care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or nursing assistance preferred.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on job location.
