CEW Operator – Now Hiring (Delaware, OH)

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Opportunities Available

Looking to build your career in manufacturing? Acloché is partnering with a leading CEW (Copper Electric Wire) facility in Delaware, OH to find reliable and mechanically inclined individuals to join their team. These temp-to-hire roles offer hands-on experience in a fast-growing sector supporting electric vehicle production.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply enamel coating to copper wire used in electric motor components

• Learn by observation—this role requires a mechanical mindset and visual learning

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery

• Work within a 90-ft tower structure , climbing see-through stairs regularly throughout the day

• Practice independent problem-solving and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow visual instruction

• Experience or comfort with industrial equipment or maintenance tasks

• Ability to work independently and think critically under pressure

• Comfort with heights and a physically demanding environment

12-hour rotating schedule:

• 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• 2nd Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Rotating Schedule Includes:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)

• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
