Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Industrial Electric Motor Winder to join our team in Texas. The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on copper winding experience in a motor repair shop and a focus on industrial winding rather than automotive work.

You will rewind, repair, and rebuild AC/DC motors, read winding diagrams, and perform insulation, brazing, and testing. A company-paid relocation package is offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial electric motor winding experience.
• Copper coil winding experience (random and/or form coil).
• Ability to read winding diagrams and electrical blueprints.
• Experience testing and repairing industrial electric motors.

Responsibilities

• Rewind, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, stators, armatures, and field coils.
• Strip motors, record winding data, and manufacture/install new copper windings.
• Read winding diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform insulation, brazing/soldering, testing, and final assembly.
• Use electrical testing equipment to verify motor integrity.
