Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and routers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; basic measuring tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Program and adjust machines for production needs.
• Ensure work follows router specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform First Piece Validation and detect defects or incorrect routers.
• Train associates in processing procedures, measuring, and tubing lengths.
