OEM Tube Assemblies is seeking a Machine Operator to fabricate copper tubing components per routers or work instructions. You will adjust machines, read drawings, perform inspections, and support continuous production with basic tooling use.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while following safety practices and standard work methods.

Qualifikationen

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Must be able to utilize tape measure, decimal and fraction.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and follow routers (work instructions).
• Must be able to use basic handheld measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in standing position throughout shift.

Aufgaben

• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Read routers and perform work as directed by schedules with minimal supervision.
• Operate and troubleshoot machinery; perform basic repairs and daily cleaning.
• Inspect pieces; use Go/No Go gauges as needed.
• Ensure 5S housekeeping in the work area and report defects or issues.
