Qualifications

• Able to follow standardized work instructions and established safety procedures.
• Dependable with good attendance and shift reliability.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and rotate between production tasks.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, warehouse or packaging is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components using manual and machine-assisted processes.
• Perform production tasks such as inspecting, sorting, packaging, labeling, trimming, tying, snipping, or preparing materials.
• Operate basic manufacturing or packaging equipment.
• Make minor equipment adjustments within the scope of the position.
• Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment concerns to supervision.
• Complete routine workstation cleaning and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
• Move materials, products, assemblies, or equipment to support production flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow plant safety requirements, established work instructions, and applicable CBA provisions.
• Perform other related duties assigned to support production operations.
