Responsibilities

• Organize the press crew for safe start-up and shutdowns.
• Perform pre-start checks on heat, pumps, valves, and nitrogen systems.
• Use the control panel to call billets, monitor run-out, and lubricate the mandrel.
• Schedule maintenance items and enter production/downtime data into MES daily.
• Safely shut down the machine and perform housekeeping at shift end.
