This role is essential in orchestrating seamless, safe, and timely transportation services for our clients traveling from Denver Airport to Copper Mountain. Job Description

As a Dispatch Agent, you will be the critical link between our drivers and clients. Your primary responsibility will be managing and coordinating airport transportation schedules from Denver to Copper Mountain , ensuring that our luxury late-model SUV shuttles are utilized effectively to provide prompt and reliable service. You will oversee communication with drivers, track vehicle locations, and ensure client transportation needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role is perfect for those who excel in a fast-paced environment and are keen to contribute to the exceptional service Blue Sky Limo is known for.

• Coordinate and dispatch airport shuttle services, matching drivers with client bookings.
• Monitor shuttle locations and progress using GPS and communication tools.
• Provide timely updates and information to drivers and clients.
• Manage scheduling to accommodate early morning, late-night, and holiday shifts.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information regarding shuttle services.
• Collaborate with the driving team to ensure adherence to traffic rules and company policies.
• Maintain records of transportation details, including schedules, driver assignments, and client feedback.
