Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on electric motor stator rewinding experience.
• Direct experience handling copper wire for heavy industrial AC/DC machinery.
• Ability to independently read winding data sheets and schematics.
• Proficient with torches, burnout ovens and insulation testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Rewind copper coils for heavy AC/DC motors and generators.
• Configure winding patterns for 2, 3, and 4-hole housings.
• Tear down motors, document winding data, and perform tests.
• Run diagnostics using Megger, Hi-Pot, surge and core-loss equipment.
• Complete final motor assembly, varnish dipping and oven baking.
