Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking an entry-level assembler to support the production of copper bus components for electrical equipment. You will read drawings and assemble conductors, working with guidance from senior team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The role is on the production floor, with daily responsibility for accurate fabrication, proper tool use, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of work experience assembling copper bus or similar materials in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing concepts, quality control, and cost-conscious production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install copper bus into enclosures following drawings and instructions.
• Read schematics and documents to build customized equipment under supervision.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with safety procedures.
