Qualifications

• Ability to work under close supervision and learn quickly.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Good communication with team members and supervisors.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to adapt to shift work and a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate production machinery and tools according to specifications and work instructions.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment throughout shifts and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Monitor product output for conformance and report non-conformances to supervision.
• Perform inspections and basic quality checks during and after manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities, downtime and equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment properly.
• Assist in routine equipment maintenance and cleaning to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets and improve processes.
• Participate in training programs and safety meetings.
