Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking a Senior Copilot Tech Lead to architect, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform. You will guide technical architecture, integrations, security, and deployment of scalable AI solutions across Teams, web, and mobile channels.

You will lead development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and establish best practices for prompt engineering, RAG integration, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI agents using Copilot and Power Platform.
• Strong architectural and governance experience for enterprise AI.
• Experience building and managing Dataverse data models for context and history.
• Ability to integrate AI agents with enterprise apps and connectors.
• Knowledge of security, data protection policies and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct architecture reviews and performance assessments.

We are looking for a Senior Copilot Tech Lead to design, develop, and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform technologies. The candidate will lead technical architecture, integrations, security, and deployment of AI solutions. They will also guide development teams and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.

• Lead the design and development of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot.
• Configure topics, conversation flows, prompt actions, entities, and fallback strategies.
• Design and implement multi-agent solutions using Copilot and Power Platform.
• Develop Dataverse data models to manage agent context, conversation history, and knowledge.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and Power Platform connectors.
• Implement RAG solutions using Azure AI Search to improve agent responses.
• Define prompt engineering standards and responsible AI practices.
• Manage security and governance, including Entra ID, SSO, DLP, and data protection policies.
• Support agent deployment across Microsoft Teams, web, and mobile channels.
• Conduct architecture reviews, configuration reviews, and performance assessments.
• Guide development teams and create reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
