Job summary

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Copilot SME or Enterprise Architect to lead Copilot setup, connectors, and enterprise integrations at scale in our California team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on Copilot experience, plus 3+ years in integrations, APIs, and Power Platform, with familiarity of Veeva and Workday connectors. Strong governance, observability, and enterprise deployment capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot and enterprise deployment.
• Experience in building and configuring connectors for enterprise apps.
• Strong API, data integration, and security understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and related tooling.
• Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Copilot Expertise: 2-3 years of experience with Copilot, Studio, deployment at scale.
• Conversational AI Development: triggers, intents, entities, prompts and agent flows.
• Integrations & Connectors: 3+ years creating and configuring standard/custom connectors (Veeva/Workday preferred).
• APIs & Data Integration: 5+ years of REST, OAuth, security and data patterns.
• Microsoft Power Platform: 3+ years with Power Automate/Power Apps.
• Programming: 2-3 years Python.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Copilot Expertise: 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Microsoft 365 Copilot. Strong hands-on expertise in Copilot setup, administration, configuration, governance, observability, and enterprise deployment at scale.
• Conversational AI Development: 2-3 years of experience in Trigger Phrases & Intent Recognition, Entities & Slot Filling, Adaptive Cards, Variables & Conversation State Management, Generative Answers & Custom Prompts, Tools, Connectors & Agent Flows, Multi-Agent Orchestration & Skills.
• Integrations & Connectors: 3+ years of experience creating and configuring standard and custom connectors. Proven experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.
• APIs & Data Integration: 5+ years of experience in APIs, REST services, OAuth, authentication, and data integration patterns. Good understanding of Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security controls.
• Microsoft Power Platform: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Programming Language: 2-3 years of experience in Python (Good to have).
