Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Copier Service Technician to perform onsite installation, service and repair of a variety of office equipment, traveling to customer sites as needed to troubleshoot and replace components. We provide classroom and on-the-job training, a competitive hourly wage, a rich performance based monthly bonus program, and a company‑provided vehicle, cellphone and laptop to support your work.

• Understand and utilize problem escalation procedures

Classroom/On-The Job Training

• Complete all assigned online computer-based training
• Demonstrate appropriate technical skills for repair and service of designated equipment which includes installation and customer training
• Attend scheduled training to acquire or increase working knowledge relative to service and repair of office equipment
