IPS Security busca un/a guardia de seguridad para asegurar clientes, empleados y bienes en ubicaciones de California. Se espera patrullar, vigilar cámaras y responder a emergencias, aplicando políticas para prevenir pérdidas.

El candidato debe tener diploma de secundaria (GED) y tarjeta BSIS activa, además de disponibilidad para viajar a múltiples ubicaciones y trabajar en horarios variables. Se ofrecen pausas remuneradas y comidas durante las jornadas.

Qualifications

This includes patrolling the store premises, monitoring surveillance footage, and responding to any security-related incidents or emergencies. The Security Guard will also be responsible for enforcing store policies and procedures, as well as helping to prevent theft and other criminal activity.Multiple Paid Breaks, Meals and Snacks ProvidedYou will automatically be scheduled for the following events also:Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol the store premises to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and property.Monitor surveillance footage and respond to any security-related incidents or emergencies.Enforce store policies and procedures, including those related to theft prevention and loss prevention.Assist with the investigation of thefts and other security-related incidents.Document and report any security-related incidents or emergencies.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPrior experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with security systems and equipmentMust have an ACTIVE BSIS security guard card.MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITYMUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONSAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
