Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Line Lead to coordinate production of all work orders and transfers under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. You will ensure output meets client specs, maintain UPH targets, and drive efficiency with accuracy across the line.

The role requires early arrival, flexibility for training shifts, and overtime as needed. You will collaborate with IC and dock teams to keep product flowing and ensure proper put-away and time-sheet accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in a production environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Available to come in 30 minutes before shift; overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of all work orders/transfers under supervision.
• Ensure production meets client specifications with accuracy.
• Maintain UPH and efficiency targets with minimal errors.
• Verify and close work orders/transfers after production.
• Communicate issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain product flow with IC and dock teams.
• Prepare time sheets accurately.

Role and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Line Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of all work orders/transfers. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday/2:30pm - 1:00am. Must be flexible to work other shifts for the training period of three weeks.

Compensation

$21.50 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.

Essential Functions Of The Job

• Work closely with the Production Supervisor.


• Plan production in the area (Pick to Lite )


• Ensure all policy and procedures are followed by associates


• Verify all work for accuracy


• Verify correct product is pulled for production


• Verify product produced is accurately produced, scanned, and staged for put-away


• Close (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers immediately following production


• Communicate all issues to Production Supervisor


• Work with IC and dock to maintain product flow in and out of the department


• Verify all time sheets are filled out correctly


• This job will include other duties as assigned.


• Computer literate - Window base systems a plus


• Must be required to come in 30 minutes before shift starts.


• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed on short notice.


• Must be flexible to work on off days as the business need arises.
