Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Temporary Workers Liaison to join our team.
In this role, you will interact with agencies, support onboarding and offboarding activities, reporting, tracking, and managing internal relationships to support and strengthen the end to end process. You will play a critical role in supporting the coordination of bringing on temporary workers and serving as a liaison between departments.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all temporary employees across departments.
• Monitor and track temporary staff assignments, extensions, and end dates.
• Ensure accurate and timely onboarding and offboarding of all temporary personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and contract vendors.
• Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Coordinate requisitions and placements with agencies based on departmental needs.
• Ensure all temporary staff meet background check and compliance requirements.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to contingent labor.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from employees and managers promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Liaise with cross-functional leaders to gather input and coordinate projects and process improvements.
• Actively support and implement talent acquisition initiatives as part of company mergers and acquisitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience working in a legal or HR environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Power Automate.
• Workday knowledge preferred
• Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team to achieve goals.
