Job summary

PLZ Corp is headquartered in the U.S. and operates multiple facilities.

This role is 100% in office, with a night shift from 3:55pm to 2:35am, Monday through Thursday, supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The position involves working with SAP daily, reviewing transaction accuracy, and collaborating with QC, customer service, and forklift operators to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced SAP experience in shipping and receiving.
• Experience reviewing shipping errors and running SAP reports.
• Ability to train new warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Review picking and shipping errors and run SAP reports daily.
• Coordinate with QC, customer service, and forklift operators to satisfy customers.
• Ensure proper shipment of LTL, TL and parcel shipments and monitor STOs.
• Assist with training new warehouse associates.

Shift: Monday through Thursday from 3:55pm-2:35am

Position Specific Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety protocols
• Advanced SAP skills in the areas of shipping and receiving
• Review of picking and shipping errors
• Run daily SAP reports to ensure completion of all shipping and receiving transactions
• Work with QC, customer service, material handlers and forklift operators to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with training new warehouse associates
• Ensure proper shipment of LTL, TL and parcel shipments
• Monitor STO’s for internal component needs across the PLZ network
• Ensure TO’s are in place and aligned with the production schedule
• Other duties as assigned
